Program Overview
As part of the Competitive Travel Team, athletes train year-round to master
essential elements of All Star cheer, including:
Cheer
Building strong voices, spirit, and synchronization.
Dance
Developing sharp, dynamic choreography with high performance energy.
Tumbling
Gaining progressive skills from basics to advanced passes.
Stunts & Pyramids
Learning the strength, technique, and trust needed to execute thrilling stunts and pyramid sequences safely and confidently.
